Pricing Policy

This Price List applies to the rent and use of Vehicles made available by BRiZ Mobility Limited Ltd. (“BRiZ”). Terms in capitals used in this Price List shall have the meanings as defined in the Terms of Services.

1. Overview

2. Registration

2.1 The creation of a BRiZ Account is free of charge.

2.2 No deposit is required for using our Vehicles.

3. General Terms

The following general terms apply to all rates:

3.1 The Rental Time begins once a Vehicle lock is unlocked.

3.2 The Rental Time ends when the Vehicle is properly returned in accordance with the Terms of Services.

3.3 Each break during a ride is deemed to be part of the Rental Time. Users are allowed to rent the same or a different Vehicle immediately upon return of a Vehicle.

4. Basic Rate and Standard Rate for Electric Scooter Rentals

4.1 The basic rate due to each Electric Scooter Rental is USD 1.

4.2 The standard rate applicable during Electric Scooter Rental is USD 0.15-0.25 (depends on a country) per minute (or part thereof).

5. Returning Vehicles outside the Operating Area

The rate for returning an Electric Scooter outside the Operating Area is USD 45.

6. Monthly Subscription for Electric Scooter Rentals

6.1 The subscription fee for the monthly Subscription for each type of Electric Scooter is USD 350 per contract month from the date of the Subscription. For example, if you subscribe for the monthly Subscription on the 13th of a month, the first contract month begins on the same day and ends on the 12th of the following month.

6.2. The subscription fee for the monthly Subscription for each type of Electric Scooter shall decrease during each subsequent month by being USD 300 for the second month of use from the date of the Subscription and USD 250 for any next month usage from the date of the Subscription

6.3 The subscription fee for the monthly Subscription includes up to one and a half (1.5) hour rides per calendar day with any Electric Scooter per ride and a Rental Time of up to thirty (30) minutes per ride. In the event of continued use of an Electric Scooter after the expiry of the specified Rental Time per ride/per day, the standard rate valid at the time will apply to the subsequent period of use.

6.4 The monthly Subscription has an indefinite contractual term and can be cancelled by the user at any time to the end of each contract month and by BRiZ with a notice period of 3 days to the end of each contract month. If the Subscription starts on the 13th of a month as in our example, it can be cancelled with effect to the 12th of each following month. If no cancellation is made prior to the end of a contract month, the Subscription is automatically extended for an additional month.

7. Annual Subscription for Electric Scooter Rentals

7.1 The subscription fee for the annual Subscription for each type of Electric Scooter is USD 1800 per seasonal year, starting from the first day of validity. For example, if you subscribe for the annual Subscription on April 13 of a year, the first contract year ends April 12 of the following year.

7.2 The subscription fee for the annual Subscription includes up to one and a half (1.5) hour rides per calendar day with any Electric Scooter per ride and a Rental Time of up to thirty (30) minutes per ride. In the event of continued use of an Electric Scooter after the expiry of the specified Rental Time per ride/per day, the standard rate valid at the time will apply to the subsequent period of use.

7.3 The annual Subscription has an indefinite contract term and can be cancelled by the user at any time to the end of each contract year and by BRiZ with a notice period of 3 days to the end of a contract year. 8. Credit-Bonus System

Benefit from discounted conditions and load credits into your account. Get an extra bonus by charging your account.

9. Additional Fees of our Terms of Services.

9.1 If return debits occur for which you are responsible, we charge any bank fees imposed on us as a result of the return debit as well as a service fee of USD 2.

9.2 For warning letters in the event of default of payment we charge a flat service fee of USD 2 per letter.

9.3 In the event a Vehicle is parked without proper sealing or in a non-approved area in violation of clause 6 of our Terms of Services we will charge a service fee of up to USD 45, depending on the actual workload and costs required by the situation. The Rental Time also continues to run in these cases until the respective Vehicle is returned in accordance with our Terms of Services, but no longer than 24 hours after the Vehicle has been parked in breach of the Terms of Services. The maximum day charge is USD 100 and is based on a calendar day. The aforementioned costs (service fees and rental fees) do not apply if you are not responsible for the violation of our Terms of Services.

9.4 Any fees and fines imposed on us due to administrative offences for which you are responsible, will be passed on to you. In addition, we will charge a service fee of USD 2 per transaction. Also, post delivery fee may be applicable for up to USD 30.

9.5 Your liability for damages to an Electric Scooter or for damages from theft and loss of an Electric Scooter is limited to USD 450. This limitation shall not apply in the event of willful intent or gross negligence.

9.6 Vehicles not returned (locked and a ride concluded) within 48 hours will be considered lost or stolen, and You may be charged up to USD 450 and a police report may be filed. BRiZ may also charge a service fee of USD 25 for rentals in excess of 24 hours where the Vehicle is not lost or stolen.

9.7 If You are unable to return a Vehicle to a valid area (i.e. You deactivate the Vehicle on private property, a locked community, or another unreachable area), and request that the Vehicle be picked up by BRiZ staff, BRiZ, at its sole discretion, may choose to charge You a pick-up fee up to USD 45. If any Vehicle accessed under Your account is abandoned without notice, You will be responsible for all trip fees until the Vehicle is recovered and deactivated, plus a service charge (currently USD 45) to recover the Vehicle. Fees are subject to change.

9.8 If You return and park the Vehicle at parking zones in a valid area shown in the BRiZ App, BRiZ may offer a credit to You for your bonus account.

9.9 In the event that the actual expenses and/or costs exceed the applicable service fees, we reserve the right to charge a service fee corresponding to the expenses and costs actually incurred.
